Northwest Consolidated Beef Producers Ltd. (NWCBP) is a not-for-profit marketing association designed to obtain optimum value for its members' cattle through consolidated selling.

Modeled after the successful US group, Consolidated Beef Producers, NWCBP now has over 140 members across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

NWCBP's experienced marketing team negotiates on behalf of members with all western packers in Canada and the northern US.

Every week, the NWCBP marketing team builds a show list of cattle that its members have ready to market. Utilizing a number of analytical tools and expertise, a realistic ask price is set. NWCBP then negotiates with the packer on behalf of the feedlot operator.

Strategies of NWCBP include utilizing negotiated, value-based pricing, matching cattle with the right packer and program, and ensuring open and transparent price discovery mechanisms for members.
